Headway Group at Netherton in April

 April 24th 2018

The wheels came off the bow seat for the first session for the Headway group at Netherton today.

Talk about hardy people, it was raining when they arrived, and raining went they left but it didn′t dampen the enjoyment of the five individuals from the headway group taking their first strokes in the stable quad today.

Let′s hope the weather is better for the last group in this season of funding from the ′Make it happen′ project. It was lovely to get them finally on the water even though the wheels on the bow seat came off and Laura and her trusty tool kit had to jump in for a quick repair.

Let′s hope the weather is better for the next five weeks so that the sessions are a little less wet.

Easter 2018, Dudley Rowing Club hosted a ‘police day’ group on their last day of their week long course. This film was made to show how well they did.
